Warhammer - Miniture Wargame

  • Cannon-toting Heavy Support for your Leagues of Votann army
  • Builds three Brôkhyr Thunderkyn armed with an arsenal of advanced guns
  • Sunder foes with graviton blast cannons, bolt cannons, or SP conversion beamers

Brôkhyr are the artisans of the Kin, makers of technological marvels – when one of these seasoned engineers hooks into a powerful exo-frame, they become Thunderkyn. Adapted from void-rigs used to maintain the spacecraft of the Leagues, the armoured exo-skeletons worn by the Thunderkyn exchange repair tools for massive heavy weapons, which the Brôkhyr use to pick off enemy armour and lay down covering fire for their Oathband.

This multipart plastic kit builds three Brôkhyr Thunderkyn, combat engineers wielding powerful ranged weapons. These Kin are encased in hefty exo-frames that help support their heavy armaments, and wear advanced omni-visors for scanning the battlefield. Each model can be armed with a rugged and reliable bolt cannon, a graviton blast cannon that turns the enemy's weight against them, or a powerful SP conversion beamer. The kit includes seven different heads – including an Ironkin head! – as well as four different, interchangeable omni-visor designs, providing you with loads of different ways to build your Thunderkyn.

This set comprises 74 plastic components, and is supplied with 3x Citadel 40mm Round Bases and a Leagues of Votann Transfer Sheet with 555 numerals, runes, and markings for prominent Leagues. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

Aurora R. ★★★★★

Snapping these three together took way less cleanup than I expected, barely any mold lines to scrape. The graviton blast cannons are chunky in a good way and the pose options let me stagger them across the base instead of looking identical.

Riley ★★★★☆

The graviton blast cannons look fantastic once assembled, and the three distinct poses give the unit real presence on the tabletop. Only gripe is a couple of the gun arms needed a bit of gap filling, but nothing a little putty couldn't fix.

Timothy ★★★★☆

The graviton blast cannons look incredible once assembled, really selling the heavy support role. Only gripe is that the arm joints needed a bit of trimming to sit flush.
