The matt finish on this is perfect for layering over my base coats, no chalky texture at all. Two thin coats gave me crisp highlights on my Ork skin without obscuring the detail underneath.
Picked this up to layer over a darker green on my Ork boyz and the coverage is spot on, needs maybe two thin coats to build up nicely. Dries smooth without any chalky texture, which is exactly what I wanted for edge highlights.
The matt finish dries really flat, no shine at all, which makes my Ork skin look natural rather than plastic. Two thin coats over a base gives crisp highlights without any chalkiness, and the 12ml pot is lasting longer than I expected.
