This basecoat went on so smooth over my black primer, no chalky texture at all. One thin layer covered the skin areas nicely and the matt finish is perfect for flesh tones.
Covered a whole squad of clanrats with this and barely made a dent in the pot, so 12ml goes further than I expected. The matt finish is properly flat, no shine at all once it dries, which is exactly what I wanted for skin.
The pigment is incredibly rich—one thin coat over a black primer gave me perfect coverage for my space marine’s exposed skin. Dries to a smooth, matte finish that takes washes beautifully.
