The pigment load on this stuff is no joke, one thin coat over grey primer and my space marine pauldrons were already solid. Dries to a really flat matt finish too, which is exactly what I want before layering lighter reds on top.

I’ve been using this burgundy as my go-to basecoat for cloaks and leather, and the high pigment count means one thin layer covers almost completely. Dries to that smooth matt finish in a few minutes, so I can start layering right away. The 12ml pot lasts longer than you’d think, too.
