One coat over a light base and my wood elf cloaks came out with that deep, shaded bark look I used to spend an hour layering. The 18ml pot goes further than I expected since you barely need any on the brush. Water cleanup is a nice bonus too.
I've been basecoating my Sylvaneth dryads with this and the brown tone is perfect for bark right out of the pot. One coat over a light primer gives me shadows and highlights without any layering. The 18ml pot goes further than I expected too.
