The matte finish on these layer paints is exactly what I needed for edge highlights on my Space Marines—no shiny patches like some other brands I've tried. Two thin coats over a base and the color pops without looking chalky.
I was worried a 12ml pot wouldn't go far, but a little really does spread. The matt finish dries flat without that chalky look, and it layers over my base coat without streaking.
Two thin coats over a grey base and the edge highlights came out crisp without any chalkiness. The 12ml pot goes further than I expected since the layers build up so smoothly.
