Benjamin ★★★★★

The little Hello Kitty mech is way cuter in person, and the snap-fit build took me about an hour without any glue. The way her bow sits on the Gundam’s head is a perfect nod to the 40th and 45th anniversaries, and the parts click together so solidly it feels sturdy on my shelf.

Joshua C. ★★★★★

I was a bit worried the Hello Kitty half would feel like a gimmick, but the way she stands next to the SD Gundam in the classic RX-78-2 colors is just the cutest crossover. The kit snaps together cleanly and the little beam rifle fits her hand perfectly.

Abigail ★★★★★

The little RX-78-2 is surprisingly poseable for such a tiny kit, and pairing it with Hello Kitty on a shelf makes for a fun crossover display. Assembly took me about an hour and the pieces clicked together cleanly without needing glue.
