The Lord of the Dark Angels defends the Imperium with his mighty blade and the Emperor’s Shield
Lion El'Jonson stands among the galaxy's finest combatants, capable of facing any foe
Lead your Dark Angels forces to victory with their legendary Primarch
I was nervous about the assembly with a model this detailed, but the Emperor's Shield and the blade fit together cleanly with barely any gap. The sculpt captures the weight of his armor perfectly, and he looks imposing enough to lead my Dark Angels army on his own.
The detail on his armor and the Emperor’s Shield is insanely crisp, makes the whole model pop on the shelf. I’ve assembled a lot of minis and this one feels weighty and solid, exactly what you’d want for a centerpiece.
Finally got my hands on the Lion, and the Emperor’s Shield detail is even better up close than in the photos. He’s a beast on the table and the blade sculpt alone makes him worth it.
