The flat edge on this spreader covers a base in two or three passes instead of the ten it used to take me with an old brush. Texture paint goes on noticeably more even too, no patchy spots where the grit clumped up.

I've been using this for my Warhammer bases and the texture goes on way smoother than the cheap plastic spreaders I had before. The medium size is perfect for small base work and cleanup is a quick rinse under the tap.

The wide flat edge covers a base in two or three passes instead of the six or seven I was doing with a cheap brush, and the texture paint actually levels out smooth instead of showing streaks. Cleaning it takes ten seconds under warm water before the paint dries.
